At ChocoBolo, our signature cake - ChocoBolo Original - is thoughtfully baked with the finest ingredients, crafted from a secret, European artisanal recipe, that incorporates smooth layers of chocolate mousse with crispy meringue, finished with a luxurious chocolate ganache.
All of ChocoBolo’s cakes, coffee, teas and light fare are prepared with love, care, and expertise - because they are simply better that way. Throughout the day, guests can order from either breakfast, lunch or dinner selections while enjoying conversation at leisure.

Our company began when a Portuguese entrepreneur and currently New Yorker, Adriano Callé Lucas, exchanged NYC corporate life for the world of chocolate and coffee. He was joined by his friend and business partner, Kiko Campos Costa, who moved to NYC to embrace this venture.
The ChocoBolo team is excited to spread time-honored European dining across the city through Adriano’s vision and bakery expertise, and Kiko’s enthusiasm and business savvy. Currently serving at Spring Street in Soho, DUMBO in Brooklyn and at it's newest addition, Broadway in Upper West Side, ChocoBolo opens its doors to passionately share traditional family recipes with New Yorkers and visitors alike.
